How do I know what size to order?

Do all products fit the same way?
Not exactly - fit varies slightly by product type (for example, hoodies run roomier than tees), so always check the specific size chart for the item you're ordering rather than assuming based on another product.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, and select EU countries. The exact list of countries available will show automatically at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are delivered within 7-10 days of dispatch. Each item is made to order rather than pulled from mass-produced stock, which adds around 3 days for production before your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your returns policy?
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it's unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
You're responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Product Care
How do I wash my Perfect Creation product?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for the longest life, and avoid ironing directly on the design.
Are your products ethically made?
