Who can get a refund?

You can request a refund within 30 days after receiving your item. To qualify, it must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

What can't be refunded?

Personalised or custom-made items, unless there's a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

How to request a refund?

Email info@perfectcreation.co.uk within the 30-day window with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return.

Return shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

What happens next?

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it against the criteria above. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt.

How you will get your refund

We refund to your original payment method. If that's not possible, we'll work with you on an alternative.

Partial refunds

We may issue a partial refund if an item is returned with minor damage or missing its original packaging.
